Our Christian Program incorporates Traditional therapy; which includes individual and group therapy family involvement. We also encourage those who are not yet believers, but who are seeking God as their higher power to become involved in our Christian Program. In addition to all the other facets of our Christian Program we have available on staff a Pastor and a Christian/Spiritual Advisor.
While in our Christian addiction Program the individual will build a strong support system within the Christian community. Each individual in the program will build a sense of faith and community that will aid them in achieving long-term sobriety.
THERE IS NO GREATER HONOR OR PRIVILEGE THAN TO INTRODUCE THIS LOVE TO THOSE WHO HAVE LONG GIVEN UP ON IT. TO SEE FAMILIES REUNITED AND BROKEN LIVES HEALED THROUGH THE MERCY AND GRACE OF CHRIST IS THE REASON THAT THE PROGRAM CONTINUES TO HELP THOSE ADDICTS IN NEED THROUGH THEIR FAITH IN CHRIST.
The Christian Program implements the 12 Steps of recovery throughout the treatment process, which is based on biblical teachings and self-empowerment through guidance and seeking strength through God. Each of the 12 Steps draws from scripture found in the Bible to help individuals struggling with addiction to take a step outside themselves and reevaluate their life, empower themselves and establish or renew their faith.
One of the principle teachings in the 12 Step program is admitting that one cannot control one’s addictions. Placing faith in God to achieve the strength to beat the addiction is one of the program’s main focuses. Patients also learn to review their past mistakes and make amends for their shortcomings while learning how to live a new, healthy, addiction-free life.
The road to recovery can be difficult, but many take comfort in knowing that God and others with similar Faith are there to see them through to sobriety. In the Christian Program, clients and their families can learn how to enhance their daily lives through spiritual enlightenment in order to achieve a more balanced, healthier and drug-free way of life.
The only difference between our Traditional track and Christian Track are the Christ-centered groups. All other facets of care such as individual and family therapy and even spiritual counseling is available to all clients whether in the Christian or Traditional track programs.
